Snetterton is one of the oldest active motorsport race circuits in England, having been in operation since 1953.

It accounts for a total length of 3.0 miles, and boasts the longest straight of any track on the British Isles with a length of 1.0 miles.

The circuit includes two distinct layouts: the original Snetterton 200 configuration and the current Snetterton 300 configuration.

It is home to the British Superbike Championship and the Porsche Carrera Cup GB.

The venue also features a camping and caravan park, as well as a spectator village which includes food and drink stands.

In 2013 an extensive overhaul was completed which included 18 new corners and a much smoother and faster surface.

The venue includes two rallycross circuits which were added to the circuit for the British Rallycross Championship in the mid-1980s.

The circuit is part of the ‘Motorsport Valley’ circuit, a group of seven circuits in the East Anglia area that are home to many racing series.

It is also a popular destination for track days and driving experiences, as well as motoring and motorcycle events.

Snetterton held its first Formula One race in 1964, which was won by Dan Gurney.
