About

The F1 Academy is a program affiliated with the Formula One Group, aimed at training and developing young motorsports drivers between the ages of 15 and 25 who aspire to compete at the highest level of Formula One racing. The program provides drivers with top-notch facilities, coaching, and resources critical to their development as world-class athletes. The purpose of the academy is to identify and nurture the next generation of Formula One drivers and ensure the continued success and growth of the sport.

The F1 Academy is open to young drivers of all genders who meet the eligibility requirements, and is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in motorsports. The program encourages drivers from all backgrounds and identities to apply, and has taken steps to increase gender diversity by partnering with organizations such as the Girls on Track initiative.

Through the F1 Academy, drivers are given the opportunity to compete in Formula Two, a racing series that serves as a stepping stone to Formula One. By grooming young talent, the program aims to produce skilled and competitive drivers who can carry the torch of Formula One into the future.
